Experience the Holiday Wonder of East Valley's Lights
As the holiday season approaches, families in the East Valley of Arizona are in for an eye-popping treat. The Pratt Brothers Christmas celebration at Rawhide Western Town has officially commenced, marking its tenth year with an astounding display of over 7 million lights. This dazzling spectacle transforms the picturesque landscape into a magical winter wonderland, reminiscent of an "Arizona Disneyland" each evening.
A Memorable Family Tradition
Co-organizer Sammy Pratt, who has been arranging this grand event since May, notes the passion and hard work that go into creating such a massive celebratory display. "You don’t get sleep when you’re putting up the biggest Christmas celebration in Arizona," Pratt said, emphasizing his team's dedication. The event features not only the breathtaking lights but also a variety of activities that cater to everyone in the family—from thrilling train rides and stunt shows to cookie decorating and s’more-making.
Exciting New Features Await Visitors
This year, event-goers can enjoy a new show titled "Dare to Dream," a stunning performance incorporating fire, pyrotechnics, and fog effects that promises to mesmerize the audience. The celebration also includes a nightly Christmas parade, themed train rides that traverse through eight unique holiday “lands,” and opportunities for children to take pictures with Santa Claus and share their Christmas wishes.
A Celebration for Everyone
Families unable to attend the inaugural night still have plenty of time to experience this festive celebration, which runs nightly from 6 to 10 p.m. until December 28. With the combination of enchanting lights, interactive experiences, and a heartfelt holiday atmosphere, the Pratt Brothers Christmas at Rawhide offers a joyous escape for all ages.
